Hi I’m testing my previews and all correct on all devices even when manually tested and using screen previews https://testi.at and mailchimp. When i do tests with ACYmailing it messes up the code on iphone when sending to actual device. My screen tests were ok and then when i send to iphone from mailchimp it was perfect. Could it be altering the code when sending? Hello, The email body used when an email is sent is the same as the one on the summary page of a campaign. What exactly did you mean when you said that it messes up the code? Note that the email content can be altered by your sending method, but it is generally only the email headers (although some sending methods can add their own unsubscribe links too like elastic email). What exactly did you mean when you said that it messes up the code? It seems to ignore some of the media queries so all the table widths are messes up, I cant show you file as not allowed by clients. I can’t really help you without seeing the custom CSS you’re talking about. Could you ask again your client if you can share it here?
