In fact I use it with Jetpack in many sites without issues. I would recommend you to create a support ticket in Jetpack forum, there’s also thread with information that maybe can help you here .

Hi, This plugin doesn’t block the access to the XML-RPC interface. In fact I use it with Jetpack in many sites without issues. I would recommend you to create a support ticket in Jetpack forum, there’s also thread with information that maybe can help you here .
