supportHi, Please can you tell me how to remove your annoying banner plastered across the dashboard of every site I manage? Seriously, I don’t mind seeing this ONE time, but to have it continuously showing and clogging up my WP Admin Dashboard is ridiculous and unacceptable. Many thanks
Hi @lyledg , Thanks for reaching out to us! GetGenie should not push any banners on your dashboard right now. Do you use any other products on your site by WPmet? Also please share a screenshot of the banner and we’ll have a quick look. Regards, Moin
Yes I use ElementsKit Lite , that is all I use. I have not installed AI Genie https://1drv.ms/i/s!Aqal1OYPQzkKrJ0J-lGzF3tsOCwodg?e=xUymaO
Hi @lyledg , Be informed that we have provided an option to turn those notices off. Simply follow this video and uncheck the option shown and the notices will stop displaying instantly. Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also. Let us know if any further assistance is required in this matter!
