Okay, so if you’re still using this plugin (like me) after all these years, you may have noticed that it stopped working recently. Basically, Flickr is now requiring SSL for API calls, so you need to look through all the PHP files in this plugin and change any http://api.flickr.com lines to https://api.flickr.com . Then everything should work again. https://wordpress.org/plugins/tantan-flickr/ Dude, THANK YOU! Was searching all over for a suitable replacement for this plugin and then decided to do *one last search* to see if I could find a fix. You the man.
