This plugin auto-renews the premium extensions and there is no way to cancel. The company’s website has errors all over it, but I can log in to my account. There is no cancel button. The contact form does not send and throws an error so I can’t even contact the company. Any help? I cancelled my premium add-on with them too due to the lack of support. The only way I could find to do it was by cancelling the recurring payment in PayPal. Same problem over here, what a horrible way of running a business. Just don’t respond and let the people pay. I was able to delete my credit card info from my acct, which should stop any future license renewals (we’ll see). This reply was modified 3 years, 1 month ago by raygulick .

I cancelled my premium add-on with them too due to the lack of support. The only way I could find to do it was by cancelling the recurring payment in PayPal.
