Hi there, Many thanks for your plugin, it is helping us a lot! I am currently blocking messages with the spam word [link] , most of the messages are being blocked, but not all of them. Messages with links are still being passed through, like: Looking to expand your business or fund a new … ? Contact XX today: Email: XX@gmail.com Phone: +XX XXXXXX (WhatsApp) Website: domain.co.uk (link text points to http://domain.co.uk/ ) Can you help me filtering out this type of messages? Many thanks in advance! Regards, Ruth This topic was modified 1 year, 8 months ago by ruthkl . Hi ruthkl I will have a look and get back to you soon. Thank you. Hi Ruth, Please open the debug page (CF7 Form Filter > Settings > Debug Info) and click on the Copy Text button. Reply with the copied information. Hi, here is the text that I copied: {"spam_words":"[russian],[link]","spam_emails":"xxx@gmail.com,xxx@gmail.com","is_contact_form_7_filter_enabled":"Yes","is_spam_filter_enabled":"Yes","is_message_filter_enabled":"Yes","is_wp_forms_filter_enabled":"No","is_sync_allowed":"No","plugin_version":"1.6.2.1","contact_form_7_version":"5.9.8","wp_forms_version":"","wordpress_version":"6.6.2","php_version":"8.2.23"} Many thanks! Thanks for sending the information requested. Trying to submit the sample message you sent, using exact configurations as in your last message resulted to the messages being flagged as spam. Please update to the latest version when a new release will be published (next week) and let me know if messages with links still bypass the checks Hi there, many thanks for your reply. I will wait for the next release then. I just wanted to let you know what the exact problem is: if there is a link without www or http, like domain.co.uk instead of http://www.domain.co.uk , then the message is not been flagged as spam in the version that I am currently using. Hi there, I tested your newest release, and messages like “visit xxx.co.uk!” are still not being flagged as spam even though I have added [link] as a spam word. Many thanks four your help! This reply was modified 1 year, 7 months ago by ruthkl . Okay. Thank you for the update. I will check again and get back to you
