It doesn’t seems to work with hierarchical taxonomies (like categories). The categories doesn’t get ordered. Any chance of update ? http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-taxonomy-sort/ I’d like to second this! I use hierarchical taxonomies and when using this plugin it only shows the top level. Anything below that disappears from the admin and from the front end, even though wordpress has them stored (the count is correct and the dropdown menu for parent lists all the terms).
