Hello, Thanks for making this plugin. It ticks all my boxes but one. Maybe you can help? I have more than 2000 posts on my blog and on all those posts I now have a “0” next to heart. That’s not quite motivating. So I would like to hide the zero or change it for a + sign. Do you know of a way to make this possible? Thanks! I have the same issue!
