Hi there, congrats on a great plugin! I’ve been using it for a while, however i started to make my permalinks structure more pretty and i need some help. My slug is “marcas” and the plugin page is in “loja/marcas”, however when i open a brand page, Asus for example, the url is “artigos/marcas/asus” and i wanted to be “loja/marcas/asus”. My article page is “artigos” and my category base permalink is “artigos/categoria”, i believe the Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin is getting the link from my articles page or from my category base permalink. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work! The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] @filipecostacom Hi mate, To better understand the issue, please record a screencast (screen recording) showing the problem. You can easily do this using http://www.loom.com and share the link with us here. Best regards, Quadlayers Support Team. Hi again! I will try to explain again using English words and attach a screencast. My slug for Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin is “brands”, the plugin page is named “brands” and the plugin page hierarchy is “store/brands” (the brands page is under store page so that it can be store/brands). However when i open a specific brand page, Asus for example, the url is “articles/brands/asus” and i wanted to be “store/brands/asus”. My article page is name is “articles” and my category base permalink is “articles/category”, i believe the Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin is getting the link from my articles page or from my category base permalink. Here is the screencast: https://filipecosta.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Perfect-Brands-for-WooCommerce-plugin-Help-with-slug-article-page-and-permalink-structure.mp4 Maybe this can help to better understand the issue and help me to fix it? I din’t receive any emails from your platform, not even on spam. Hi @filipecostacom , Thanks for the details. At the moment we don’t have other similar reports regarding this behavior. Could you please reach us directly via our fanpage https://facebook.com/quadlayers so our team can assist you further? Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team Hi there, i just installed the plugin on another website so that i could test it without messing my website and the plugin is getting the url from my custom structure permalink . Here is an example: My custom structure permalink is: /articles/%category%/%postname%-%post_id%/ That is why the brands have a url like /articles/brands/brand-name. This makes sense, because the brands are treated like posts, but is there any way to change this on the plugin level (change some code, use some kind of snippet), without having to change the custom structure permalink of my entire website? I just want to replace the /articles/ section of the url by /store/ because it makes more sense… Thanks! @filipecostacom That’s correct — our plugin always takes the base permalink structure rather than any custom ones. This behavior is intentional to avoid conflicts with WordPress permalink rules and ensure that brand URLs work reliably across different setups. For that reason, it’s not possible to modify this at the plugin level, nor through a custom snippet, without affecting the site’s main permalink configuration. Best regards, The QuadLayers Support Team Hi there and thanks. Maybe on future updates you can add a way for us to customize the Perfect Brands for WooCommerce permalink, like WooCommerce does with the new brands feature: It would be great to have a wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks > Perfect Brands for WooCommerce so we can customize the permalink… Thanks!
