I’m evaluating the Pro product for 7 days for a client’s property WP site. I’m having issues integrating the Geocoding API and for what ever reason it’s simply not working with Property Hive (even fully unrestricted for testing). The requests to obtain co-ordinates for any property added in WP Admin is rejected. I’ve tried contacting you directly via email and your support form on your website over the past 2 days, but I’ve received nothing back. Is this plugin still supported? Thanks, Nic Hi Nic, If it’s the tickets I’m thinking of (we’ve only had one ticket in the last 2 days about Google Maps API), I can see they’ve all been replied to, with no response back. Maybe you’re not receiving our emails? We’ve also had no bounce backs. When we checked the site and the link provided we were seeing no errors. Both the map and autocomplete were working. If issues persist, please provide information via this thread and I’ll help here (unless you can see why you’re not receiving our emails in the interim). Steve Hi Steve – thanks for the response. Yes I saw your team replied on several questions today which is very helpful. I posted here since I was wondering if your support contact points are active. we fixed the Geocoding API issues by adding the Geocoding API on both API services we configured (i.e. Geocoding with Places API and JavaScript Map API restricted by website, and also Geocoding with Places API restricted by IP Address). Previously we had Geocoding configured on just the IP side only. This fixed everything for us in one go and we are continuing with our testing which is going great – just some questions about the RTDF and zoopla feeds which I have asked via email (but no issues, just general questions since our first time not using the BLM from Rightmove). Thank you again! Nicola
