supportHello everyone, I have just downloaded the plugin and nothing seems to work. When I try to add my various bank accounts, they don’t show up under accounts on the main page. And when I try to add a transaction, the bank accounts do no get populated. Same thing with categories and parties. The only thing I have manage to create is a new currency. This plugin is exactly what I was looking for and I really need to make it work. Hope someone will be able to give me a hand 🙂 Thanks in advance for your precious help. Veronique
Hello @fueling The described symptoms are very similar to the fact that when installing the plugin, the necessary tables in the database were not created. If you have access to your web server logs, then I would look at what was recorded in them at the time the plugin was activated (you need to remove the plugin and install it again). Let me know if you need more help. Vladimir
Hello, thanks for your answer. I have the logs but they are in a pdf document. How can I send it to you? Thanks.
Please send it to support@getmoneymanager.com .
Thanks for the logs. I found suspicious errors with the message “The maximum column size is 767 bytes”. This is most likely the problem in your case. Please expect a fix by the end of next week.
An outdated MySQL 5.6 has been identified as the source of the problem in this case. In Money Manager v1.22.1 the issue has been resolved. Veronique, thanks for supporting product development. I will be glad to help you again. Vladimir
