Header Enhancement Plugin

Hi, formerly this topic was primarily worked on by skandha. However, the last time it was mentioned has been two years ago. My Video is still mute. I installed and activated the Header Enhancement to have sound on my video. I tried – with an activated header enhancement – to upload my video again. And again no sound. Mute. However, my video is not linked to Youtube but is placed in my Media-storage in my site. Is this the reason that it is not Working? – I have no clue. Should this thing be unresolvable – is there any way to release an MP3-file in parallel whenever the video is running? Thank you very much for your help. I hope skandha reads this.
