I loved the way this looked and the upselling functionality. Still haven’t found anything to replace it that I like as well, but it doesn’t work for me. It makes my site throw a 403 error for several minutes after every update. That can be when I update the site or when someone checks out. @terals2003 Sorry you’re experiencing this error, but not sure this is due to our plugin. Happy to take a look at it and debug it for you. Please reach out to us here: https://usecaddy.com/contact-us Definitely the plug-in. I did some troubleshooting with plugins one by one and this was the issue. Maybe I’ll try it again when it has been tested with my version of WordPress. @terals2003 We’ve never seen or heard of a 403 error with Caddy, nor have the many other production sites that use Caddy have reported such issues. That’s not to say you aren’t having the issue, but that there probably is something else also involved. Again happy to help if you contact us through the link above and let us take a look. I’m trying to give this plugin another try. There is one of my products that won’t add to cart when the plugin is activated but works perfectly when the plugin is not activated. Any idea why this may be happening? The product is a variable product, but so are a whole a lot of other products that add to cart just fine. Hi @terals2003 , We’d need to know more about your site and setup to be able to troubleshoot this further. Can you please open a ticket at https://usecaddy.com/contact-us
