Great Plugin

This is a wonderful plugin that seems to work in all browsers so far (except IE8, but, hopefully, not many of the folks here are using that). My only comment is that I’d like to have the option of the markup not being added to the actual text. I am trying to use this for comments gathering for private posts that will eventually be published. So, if there is markup in the final copy, it will muck up the copy for the final post. I can style for it to be invisible, but would prefer to have the option to simply turn off the feature that saves it into the post markup.
