Gravity Form Infusionsoft won’t add new form

Using Infusionsoft plugin and when I go to Forms/Infusionsoft to add new form, I select a form and the wheel simply spins and locks. Have waited for 5 minutes with no movement. I have used it successfully many times. This is new. Interestingly, I no longer see this plugin at WordPress.org, otherwise I’d supply a link… Do you know if it has been discontinued or EOL? It’s been discontinued if it’s not in the registry. AFAIK, most WordPress plugins don’t EOL, if I understand the maintenance notice you’re looking for. In this case, it looks like EOL == discontinued. Last I knew, it was still Somewhere Out There. While answering your question, I found it’s been withdrawn from the WordPress registry. As far as debugging the issue, setting WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php is where I’d start.
