Good Support

Although the cause of the problem that I experienced (Only the buttons were visible in dashboard – rest was a blank screen) was due to a bad Gallery plug in update (I guess these things happen), within a few hours of contacting support, I got an apology and a new update was released straight away which sorted the problem. With regard to the Gallery plug-in, I have used it for a couple of years now on a number of sites and I am really pleased with it. This is the first time that I have needed to contact support. It does what it says on the tin (or in the description). Thank you BestWebSoft.
