GoCodes modifies source links that contain the % character. He simply ignores them. That is, the original link, for example: https://secure.com/affiliate.php?ACCOUNT=153743&PATH=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.хххххх%3FAFFILIATE%3D153743 will look like https://secure.com/affiliate.php?ACCOUNT=153743&PATH=http3A2F2Fwww.хххххх3FAFFILIATE3D153743 without % symbols and does not work correctly.
