Fundamentally flawed plugin

Let’s start with the good: The layout of the calendar is great and easily adjustable in CSS. This app wouldve gotten at least a 4 star rating from me if it weren’t for this: Bandsintown does not associate bands with an account on their website. You enter a bandname in the plugin settings and the plugin fetches the dates from the bandsintown facebook app. But what happens if there is another band with the same or similar name? You get their dates on your WP site. I can’t believe how incredibly stupid this flaw is. It doesnt end there though, however this is more related to the facebook app itself, but it proves anyone can get anyone else’s bandprofile on their site and edit it as they like: bandsintown automatically altered our app screenname, adding ‘THE’ before our name, so it corresponds with an already existing band in their database. You aren’t able to change it without their support department. Want to mess with another band’s tour schedule on the FB app? Make a bandpage with the similar name and you will be able to claim their tour dates. Can only recommend plugin if you have a one of a kind bandname and arent afraid people will hack your tourdates.
