Stable and fast. It’s very nice in that regard. A bonus: Multisite supported! Drawbacks: Does not appear to be getting the caching treatment (at least when i checked via w3tc that is), and is real-time updated on posts/comments. For large and very active installations, this could very well be a CPU resource hog on page renders. (For my use case, this is what I was looking for) Does not appear to be a method to make an acronym multisite. Each multisite gets its own set of acronyms. Would be nice to have a checkbox to force an acronym as multisite.
