We have our Contact Form 7 form set up on the page shown above. The Text To Receive ( From Form , Your SMS ) setting is set to send to a specific phone number. I am seeing that you can use a tag here for a field in the form. That means we should be able to do what I’m wanting to do, but I’d like to get your guidance here to be sure. This form is intended for a tournament director to use to send texts to team captains in a sports event. We would like to have a field that gives the director the option to send the texts to ALL team captains, to multiple team captains but not all, or to single team captains. So I’m thinking the approach to use here is to set up a checkbox field where the director can choose one, multiple or all options. Each option will have a value of the phone number of the team captain. I’ll then use the tag for that field in the Text To Receive ( From Form , Your SMS ) setting. Does that sound correct? Will a checkbox field tag pass the chosen phone numbers in the format required for the text to send to all? Or will we have to do something different? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] I would like to find out. Are the numbers fixed or do they vary? Currently, you can send a message to many numbers. You need to separate each number with a comma. For example [your-phone], [your-new-tag], +23377777777,+1030303303033 This is only possible in the Text To Receive section. Sorry for taking awhile to respond. I’m just swamped with requests right now. Anyway, I set this up and we have tested using two checkboxes and it did send texts to both phone numbers associated with those two options. We haven’t tested it with more than two yet though, but I think it will work.
