Hi, In your FAQ you say: you can change the size by editing the [HTML5CHAT width=100% height=fullscreen] tag. When I try that, the screen becomes very small instead of fullscreen. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] same problem on my site. you only cna change heightto px example: height=650px but also not really working well, because if i insert the chat into my site, my whole site is not scrollable anymore. i test with different heights -> no chance. only in fullscreen without any template (clean page) the chat works without problems. after a few hours i found a solution and it seems its working. *make a freh page without your template(clean page) with the html5 code like this: [HTML5CHAT width=100% height=640px] after install the plugin “advanced iframe” then you make a second new page and enter this: [advanced_iframe src=” https://yoururl.com/firstpage” ; width=”100%” height=”1000″] *yourur.com/firstpage = is the url from your page (first step in descripion) This reply was modified 7 years, 5 months ago by limone111 .
