Hi, This can be a theme issue. There is no Logo slider problem. We’ll be happy if you contact our support center after considering this review. There are over 20,000 users of this plugin and no one has reported anything like this before, except when there is a theme problem or conflict. You are correct, being rude is not called for. Neither is saying you didn’t see an issue so therefore there is no issue. It’s not the end users job to troubleshoot a plugin. Please note that with the amount of times I am asked to “go pro,” you’d think I wouldn’t have to work with the developer to troubleshoot why the plugin doesn’t work in the first place. On a blank theme, I invite you to install your plugin. Upload a couple logos and copy the short code into a webpage. Either your instructions are not clear, or the plugin does not work. You say to add logos and copy the shortcode. Well, I did that, and I get a blank logo area with no logos. Could it be the theme, maybe. But when looking for a plugin, who has time to troubleshoot a new plugin to find out why it isn’t working. I changed my review from a 1 to a 3 because at least you responded. But I found a solution that worked out of the gate so my issue is resolved. Best of luck moving forward.
Thanks for your consideration. According to the suggestion, I installed a fresh WordPress and activated the logo slider free version. Then added two logo items, and generated a shortcode for the showcase without configuring anything. Finally, copied the shortcode and published it to a page. It worked as expected. 🙂 May you miss anything during adding the shortcode? If you allow me I can assist you to achieve this.
