supporthello! I have some troubles with the plugin: I created a shipping class free-shipping-per-product and assigned it to the shipping zones. Then I added the shipping class to the products. But it still shows the flat rate in the checkout. I added a 0 to the shipping class in the flat rate options but that doesn’t help either. What can that be? Many thanks for your help! Thanks, this was a desperate trouble shooting 😉 I deleted the slug and now we have another problem. In some cases, I can’t really say when this happens (I tested one hour but didn’t find a rule), in the checkout the shipping costs part says: “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” But the address is complete, the product has the shipping class. I don’t find any error, and like said. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Do you have an idea what that could be? Thanks again! Dirk
