Hello, I very much like your plugin. But today I found a bug. When I filter on category, the plugin doesn’t show all products, just a couple. First I thought the problem was with these are all products in 2 subcategories. But that’s not the problem. It’s only one category with some sub categories that have problems. I changed the sub category with the problem to a main category, but still no changes. I tried a couple of test on my webshop, all other categories are working, also categories with multiple sub categories. It’s just one categorie that gives problems. I also tried to rename the category, but that doesn’t change anything. I changed the slug, but still nothing found, or just a couple of products. When I search for keyword in the title, all products are found, but not in the problem category. I don’t understand why one specific category gives a problem and others not. Looking forward to your help. Hello @photooseu , Greetings! If the category filter works as expected for all categories except one on your site, it’s possible that there’s an issue connecting the category with the associated products. To help analyze and resolve this, please follow the steps below: Verify the product count linked to the affected category on the product category page. https://prnt.sc/-Dj3P52ZM0Aa On the shop page, apply the category filter and try filtering products by the affected category. Check if all relevant products are displayed. Deactivate our plugin, clear the cache, activate the plugin again, and then try to filter the products using the category filter. If the issue persists, kindly record a video demonstrating the problem and share it with us. This will help us analyze the issue more effectively and provide a resolution promptly. We’re here to assist you, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
