Hello! This plugin is great and I really like it! However, when I go to the single post I have in the carousel (custom post type) the widget is not appearing in there, only the see more button. Can you please look into it? Thanks! Hello, And thank you for your review. Will investigate this issue and come up with an update a.s.a.p. Thank you again! This reply was modified 9 years, 2 months ago by JordacheWD [JWD] . Hello @catmaniax We’ve been investigating the issue you’ve mentioned and here is the conclusion: If you have one single post in your PostSlider Widget and you land on that post single post page, the widget will not display that specific post. Because it’s duplicated. This is it’s default behavior. It is supposed to have several posts in your PostSlider widget in order to be a post slider widget, not just one. Now, of course it is a bug and will sort it asap. In the next updated version, will be improved the behavior of the widget for one single post case. Probably will not display the widget at all in that specific page. If you or anyone else have/has a better idea just let me know. Thank you very much, JordacheWD team. This reply was modified 9 years, 2 months ago by JordacheWD [JWD] . Hello, thanks for the quick reply. I will have several posts in the future, but it’s the beginning so I only have one custom post type post to display for now. I think not displaying the widget at all in the current post is not such a good idea. The best would be to just display it anyway even inside the post. Do you think that’s possible? Thanks! Hi, This is sorted now in the new 1.7 version. You can find now an option called Exclude current post from loop in Widgets > JWD PostSlider > Settings . Just uncheck it and the current post will be shown in the same single post page as well. Please make sure you read the v1.7 Changelog before upgrade. Also don’t forget to rate the plugin 5 Stars. Thank you very much for your help, JordacheWD team This reply was modified 9 years, 2 months ago by JordacheWD [JWD] . I have to test it out a bit but it seems to work great now! I just left you 5 star review 🙂 Keep up with the good work. Thank you very much @catmaniax . Will change the status to this as Resolved . Just let us know if anything else in a new topic. Cheers! Thanks again!
