Yet another update nobody asked for, and this one breaks a load of filters and our workflow, with zero notice and no way to roll back. We don’t want / need “pretty” emails with repetitive header text being fired into out inbox, we want the ones we’ve had for last last few years. Currently we are now having to manually go through all of our emailed forms manually. Time to (finally) ditch JetPack. Hi @iainpurdie , We hear you, and we completely understand how upsetting it is when an update changes workflows you’ve relied on for years. It’s frustrating to deal with broken filters and extra manual work, and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience. While we can’t guarantee a way to restore things exactly as they were, your feedback is very important and will be shared with our team to help guide future updates. You can contact us directly if you want to dig on it further with us. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how this affected your workflow; your voice really matters to us.
