Great plugin! We use Formidable Forms Pro Elite, and have entered the utm parameter in the default field, but nothing pulls through. We followed the image instructions for Elementor Pro Forms, that worked, but there isn’t any image illustration for Formidable. Hi @nicholasholmes97 , I’ll review plugin codes again and let you know the way you need to apply. Thanks Hi @nicholasholmes97 , I have released a new version after adding the feature for Formidable Forms. Please see the guideline here https://ps.w.org/utm-event-tracker-and-analytics/assets/guideline-formidable-forms.png If you satisfy please don’t forget to leave a rating here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/utm-event-tracker-and-analytics/reviews/#new-post Thanks, Repon Thank you. I’ve just seen the update. As the UTM parameters are now to be added as CSS Classes, I guess the hidden fields don’t work? How will this affect lead data into email notifications and CRMs? The hidden field in Formidable Forms does not support class attributes, making it impossible to add UTM parameter values directly. However, you can easily hide the input field using CSS. Alternatively, the Pro version of Formidable Forms allows you to capture UTM values using smart tags. Hi, I have updated the plugin again. Now you can use the default value for the hidden field. Please reinstall the version 1.1.0. You can check this guideline https://ps.w.org/utm-event-tracker-and-analytics/assets/guideline-formidable-forms.png?v=1.1.0 If you satisfy please don’t forget to leave a rating here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/utm-event-tracker-and-analytics/reviews/#new-post Thanks, Thank you for very promptly fixing this issue. On another note, with Elementor Forms, does the plugin work with multiple forms? You meant multiple forms of Elementor. Yes it should work. If you satisfy don’t forget to leave a rating. I’m really trying to get on with the plugin, but just doesn’t seem to want to work without a problem. Could you check on your end because I’ve just checked on a client’s site, the uTM Grabber dashboard collected the information, but it didn’t pass through the form. Should the Append in URL assist with this? The UTM setup as illustrated. And, the tracker session cookies added to exclude cache for Litespeed. Have you checked, the plugin is collecting UTM data. If collecting, the data will be passed in Elementor form. Yes, I’ve checked. It is pulling through the data as the reports should it. I’ve crossed referenced it to the ads accounts as well. It matches. That’s good. Have you added the field in confirmation email? Please check carefully. I’ll review again the code. Yes, it’s done with all details, so pulled the field names, just not the data inside the fields. Okay great, I’ll review again the problem. Hi, I have reviewed the plugin again and it is working fine with multiple email forms. Have you added fields to the email. Check this screenshot https://prnt.sc/h-Bux8aPmqxF Let me know if it is working or not. Info added to Litespeed Cache: https://prnt.sc/Z_FbNH97uUxi Values added to the form: https://prnt.sc/XMGj_u0L787J All fields selected in email notification: https://prnt.sc/0IpGwUtmF364 Email notification pulled through standard data but not the UTM data: https://prnt.sc/RT9AYGS_Vuuo Google Ads campaign final URL: https://prnt.sc/BUCELsAqp9SZ Thank you for your time. You are all set correctly. Can you do one more test after deactivating the lightspeed plugin? Also can you follow another guideline for Elementor form? Check this screenshot https://ps.w.org/utm-event-tracker-and-analytics/assets/guideline-elementor-forms.png?v=3833773 {utm_event_tracker:utm_content} use this value at the default value field. Ensure you are using this plugin’s last version (1.1.1). This reply was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Repon Hossain .
