Hello, I’m trying to use your plugin to validate a suscription with paiement. I’m trying to validate it with the TEST API key and it’s not working. It just loads and then shows the form without any error. Could you help me figure out what’s wrong with my configuration ? Thanks for your help, Marie This topic was modified 6 years ago by matoma16 . The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] This plugin in not meant for subscriptions. It handles one-off payments only. Also, looking at your site, there are a lot of 404 errors. When you submit the form, there is a 500 server error. Meaning there is something wrong with your configuration. Please check your debug.log for details on this error. Hello, Thanks for your answer. I probably didn’t use the right word (english is not my first language), I want people to be able to sign up to an even and pay right away with Mollie, which if I understood correctly is what the plugin is meant for. We fixed the 404 errors and checked the debug.log and I’ve been trying to find where I went wrong but I can’t figure it out since, as far as I can see, everything is configured correctly. The fatal error I’m getting is this : PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Mollie\Api\Exceptions\ApiException: Error executing API call (422: Unprocessable Entity): The description is invalid. Field: description. Thanks for your help. Ah, that is an error I can work with 🙂 I thought I had seen on your website that you are using Events Manager in Single Booking Mode, right? So, no cart. Then, please check Events > Payment Gateways > Mollie > Settings. The field “Payment Description” should not be empty. If it’s not, what have you filled out there? I only use single booking mode yes. We tried at first with the default value (#_BOOKINGSPACES tickets for #_EVENTNAME) and we also tried with no placeholder (just “test”) and the result is the same. Hello, Did you have any idea how to solve this problem ? The project was on standby for awhile but now we would need to finalize it. Thanks 🙂
