Hello. When a customer enters their tax exempt certificate, Sales Tax item displays $0.00 at checkout. Once they place the order and get the order email, the Sales Tax Line item disappears completely. It does not show at all in the order emails. I would like for the Sales Tax line item to show in the order email with $0.00. Can this be achieved? Thank you! I’ve just released a new version of Simple Sales Tax (v7.0.13) that forces the $0.00 Sales Tax line to appear in order emails when the “Show Zero Tax” setting is enabled on the plugin settings page. If you already have Show Zero Tax enabled, updating to the latest version of the plugin should do the trick. Brett, thank you for your reply. I will update the plugin and update you on if this is working or not.
