Hi everyone, I have an issue with my WordPress + WooCommerce using web-t translation e‑shop and I would really appreciate any help. The site is multilingual (default language is Greek) and I allow users to place orders in German language as well. When a customer selects German and adds products to the cart, everything looks fine until they click to go to the checkout page. As soon as they click “checkout”, the language automatically switches back to Greek (the default), instead of staying in German as selected. This means the entire checkout form is shown in Greek and not in the language the customer chose, which is very confusing, is changes the permalink and removes the /de/ (if you type the link with /de/ is perfectly working and shown in German. In addition, all WooCommerce order emails (new order, customer order confirmation, etc.) are sent only in the default language (Greek), even when the order was placed in German. Its seems that the Force language in custom links is in yes indeed. I have disabled some plugins which may cause any lang problem like Say-What? plugin. Has anyone experienced something similar? – Where should I look first (language settings, WooCommerce pages, checkout configuration, email templates, translation plugin settings)? – If someone has a known workaround or a link to a guide for keeping the selected language on checkout and in order emails, it would help a lot. Thank you in advance! Hi @jordanmegg , Thank you for reaching out! We can confirm that the “checkout” page is translated correctly when the language differs from the default. To help us investigate this further, please send your website URL via email to DGT-AI-Language-Services-Advisory@ec.europa.eu . Thank you for your cooperation. Hello, thanks for reaching out, I have send email to DGT-AI-Language-Services-Advisory@ec.europa.eu Cheers!
