Team, I have an issue. I want the popup to appear just once on the website and then each time when the floating button is clicked. However, when I set the showing frequency, it appears once and then you cannot see the floating button. How can I configure this? Dear @engjoakim , Thank you for the question. Here’s what you can do: 1. Clone the popup (see the Clone button screenshot https://prnt.sc/Kxv_G5I7sY-M ) 2. Set the Opening Event “On Click” (see the relevant screenshot https://prnt.sc/vQMV5S1B7juC ) 3. Not set anything in the Display Rules > Showing Frequency unlike the original popup 4. Disable the Floating button option in the original popup and have it enabled for the cloned one Let us know if the solution was helpful.
