supportHello, In the paid version of FlipBox, the flip box of the short code placed in a widget of the header of the ASTRA Lite theme is not displayed. However, an empty space is taken in the header when the page is displayed. By trial and error, it is even possible to go to the url defined for the flip box. I had the same experience with a short code of the Cool Flipbox product and in this configuration the flip box is displayed perfectly. Therefore, it is not, a priori, a problem concerning the ASTRA theme . On the other hand, adding a widget with a FlipBox short code works well in the footer. Is this a known problem? Is there a solution? I think that because of my purchase of the paid version ( Flipbox – Receipt # 69876954 ) and the efforts I am making, in vain, to resolve this malfunction, I deserve a support response in the absence of a solution. I have other problems with this plugin. In particular with the display of icons. It seems that the display in a page of flip boxes from different templates poses CSS problems. It seems that the z-Index concerning the icons is affected and prevents a correct display of these. This is starting to make a lot of reasons for dissatisfaction and does not correspond at all to your “Awesomes” appellation. Do you plan any fixes or a new version? Hello, I still have no response from support for my two malfunctions on FlipBox. (24/7 for the paid license) In addition, I have just noticed that FlipBox is inherently incapable of being responsive. This is a lot of inconvenience, so I would like to know how I can get a refund for this product which is not so “awesome” … Please indicate a procedure, a contact or a link so that I stop getting upset and wasting time.
