supportOn our production website, we enabled AIO security, after a few hours, webpages turned blank and loaded nothing, once we disabled the plugin and cleared cache everything returned to normal, since this has happened we’ve switched back to wordfence until we can resolve it properly. We’re running the website behind cloudflare, when a user visits any webpages the logs don’t show the users ip address in the logs, it shows the cloudflare ip address so i think the website perhaps blocked cloudflare or the server ip instead of the malicious user? Have you seen this problem before?

Hi @extremist87 AIOS > Settings > Advanced Settings contains the IP address detection settings. For Cloudflare, the HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP method should be selected from the dropdown menu. This ensures that the correct user IP address is detected instead of the server IP address being detected and blocked, which could result in a blank screen being shown to all users due to caching and a firewall rule. https://snipboard.io/j4HM3C.jpg Please also cross-check that your server IP address has not been blocked under AIOS > Dashboard > Permanent Block List. Regards
