The customer has uploaded a file with their order but when you click on it it says the page doesn’t exist? Why is this? @andycannan what link you get when you hover on attached file? Site url followed by /wp-admin/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/FILENAME where filename is the name of the file I am facing the same problem!! The plugin has been working great for months and now it just stopped. When I click on the uploaded file it goes to a 404 page. Before it used to take me to the file – not anymore! Update: I am able to retreive the customer uploaded files by going into cPanel > File Manager and downloading from there. Not ideal, but at least there is a work around! We have to test that what is the reason? This is not same for all, the user who has different home URL from site URL might be facing this situation. @ibulbworksupport Yes, that works! Thank you all of you for pointing out this issue. Please try the latest version and confirm if it is working as expected? @fahadmahmood Yes working now! thanks
