When I drag a field from the left panel into the form preview, the field is silently dropped without rendering, even though it’s actually being added to the form’s data underneath. Root cause: This is a confirmed JavaScript bug inside the plugin itself, not a configuration issue on the site. The plugin’s bundled Coloris color-picker library throws an uncaught exception every time a field is dropped, which halts the rendering step in the visual builder. What I’ve tried: Purged all caches, confirmed Breeze’s JS optimizations are off, did a clean uninstall/reinstall of the latest 5.4.7.6, and also rolled back to the prior release 5.4.7.5 to test whether the bug was newly introduced. The bug is present in both versions. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello @blake232 Thank you very much for using our plugin and for your feedback. Could you please share a screenshot of the uncaught JavaScript error from your browser’s console? I’m currently trying to reproduce the issue locally, but so far I haven’t been able to replicate it. Also, does the problem occur with all controls, or only with specific ones? Best regards. Hello @blake232 Did you try temporarily disabling the plugins that handle the website cache and editing the form in the browser’s incognito/private mode to ensure the issue is not being caused by cached files? Sometimes JavaScript or CSS files cached by optimization or cache plugins can prevent the latest changes from loading correctly. Best regards. This occurs when trying to add any field. Yes, we deactivated the Breeze caching plugin and also tested this in an incognito window. Hello @blake232 Thank you very much for the detailed information, and I apologize for the delay in responding to your last message. Although we were unable to reproduce the issue on our end, we have implemented several modifications that we believe should resolve it in your environment. Could you please install the latest plugin update and clear both the website and browser caches before testing again? Please let me know whether the issue persists after that. Best regards. That did it. Thank you! Hello @blake232 Thank you very much for the confirmation and your feedback. We are glad to know the issue has been resolved successfully. Best regards.
