Hello, I have a multilingual WooCommerce store with WPML. However, the XML feed generated by ELEX only appears in one language, regardless of whether I set up additional feeds for other countries. How can I assign the respective translations of WPML to the feeds? Best regards, Bernward Hello @maspohl , Thank you for reaching out to us. We have made an effort to replicate the issue involving WPML on our local site; however, we have been unable to duplicate the problem you’re currently facing. When you have set up multiple languages using WPML, our plugin should automatically identify the language categories based on the WPML language chosen in the plugin settings. This enables you to generate feeds with the appropriate translations. Therefore, could you please confirm that the language categories are being filtered in accordance with the language configurations in WPML as well as in the plugin settings? Looking forward to your response. Yes, if I set a language in the settings, the feed is also generated in the language. But I have 4 languages and need the feeds for these 4 languages. But I can select only one language under settings, in which then all feeds are generated. Is that correct? Hello @maspohl , Thanks for getting back to us. yes, if you have configured four languages in WPML, you will need to select the respective WPML language in the plugin settings, as illustrated in the screenshot below. https://prnt.sc/EFiNkghv_3jO This will enable the product categories to be filtered based on the language you have chosen in WPML. Additionally, please ensure that you switch to all four languages to generate feeds in all of them. If you require any assistance with the setup, our support team is available to provide quick assistance.
