Hi cyrillbolliger, I have seen the topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/featured-image-removed-from-query-loop-block/ , any news about this? It seem’s, that on a fresh install WP6.2.2 with no plugins and thwentytwentythree as the theme the loop is not showing featured images from posts, where the checkbox not to show featured images in the single-view is set. The only workaround I found ist to use covers-blocks instead of the post-image-block, but I don’t think, this is a good solution. The trouble-Shooting code in the functions.php is not solving this. Is there a perspective that this Plugin will work with the Gutenberg query loop? Best regards Chris Hi Chris Thank you very much for reaching out. I’ve just published version 3.0.0 which should bring compatibility with the query loop. Please let me know, if it solved your issue… Have an excellent day, Cyrill Hi Cyrill, great to here that. On my old DEV-System after upgrading the plugin I got a fatal error: ‘ Fatal error : Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_singular() on null in /homepages/31/d819653946/htdocs/dev/spielwiese.hanfverband-dev.de/wp-content/plugins/conditionally-display-featured-image-on-singular-pages/include/class-conditional-featured-image-frontend.php on line 120 ‘ But on a fresh and clean install with WP6.2.2 and TT3-theme the plugin in Version 3 is working fine and in the query loop results I can still see the images how it should be. So it seems to work fine! Thank’s a lot!! Best regards Chris Hi Chris Thank you very much for getting back. Thanks to your report I’ve added an additional check so the fatal error should not happen anymore. Have an excellent day and good luck with your campaign 😉 Cyrill Hi Cyrill, I´m just switching to a twenty twenty three child theme. There I have the described issue (image hidden in query loop) again. WP 6.3.2 Plugin Version 3.1.1 It would be great if you could help on this. Kind regards, Michael
