Feature Request: Permanent Synchronization

Thank you for this plugin! It’s almost exactly what I needed. I’d like to request that you implement the following two features: Replace the “Sync Page Structure…” with a checkbox. By doing this it will ensure that every time the user selects “Save Menu” that it is synchronized, rather then requiring them to manually select the “Sync Page Structure…” each time. Incorporate a setting to hide the Order and Parent settings that appear in the Quick Edit area and the Page Attributes meta box that appears when editing a Page. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/enhanced-menu-editor/
