I do apologize to hear you are having issues with the plugin. Could you try to uninstall/reinstall the plugin? Are there any updates that need to be run to your WordPress website itself? Are you using a specific browser? I am trying to reproduce the error, however, I am not able to. Let us know! The best route for this may be to contact us at support@vcita.com for us to look into this more. Thank you! -vcita Support Team.
