supportHi there, We had 7.0.0 working fine. But after updating to 7.0.2, we had a Fatal Error while logging in to the /wp-admin area. We had to downgrade to 7.0.0. We’re running on PHP 7.4 WP 6.1.1 Gravity Forms 2.6.6 This is the full error stack: [message] => Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Freemius_Api_WordPress::RemoteRequest() in /home/londoncomputer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-tools-gravity-forms-divi-module-premium/freemius/includes/class-fs-api.php:381 Stack trace: #0 /home/londoncomputer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-tools-gravity-forms-divi-module-premium/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php(24868): FS_Api::remote_request('https://api.wor...', Array) #1 /home/londoncomputer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-tools-gravity-forms-divi-module-premium/freemius/includes/class-fs-plugin-updater.php(933): Freemius::safe_remote_post('https://api.wor...', Array, 86400, 43200, false) #2 /home/londoncomputer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-tools-gravity-forms-divi-module-premium/freemius/includes/class-fs-plugin-updater.php(621): FS_Plugin_Updater->fetch_wp_org_module_translation_updates('plugins', 'wp-tools-gravit...') #3 /home/londoncomputer/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): FS_Plugin_Updater->pre_set_site_transient_update_plugins_ [file] => /home/londoncomputer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-tools-gravity-forms-divi-module-premium/freemius/includes/class-fs-api.php [line] => 381 )
thank you for reporting ill report this to freemius guys and get back. Kind Regards
Quick update @psychosis51 I tested with WordPress 6.1.1 Divi 4.20.2 php versions 7.3.5 / 7.4.30 / 8.0.22 I did not get any fatal errors. I was able to log into the wordpress admin, embed gravity form on a page via my divi module. I’ve released this plugin over 2 days ago and haven’t recieved any issue. My guess is there could be some stale code on the server? Which host do you use? Is it shared? Sometimes they use a network file system which tends to serve stale files for sometime. Is there any opcode cache being used? We don’t have a version 7.0.0 on wordpress.org https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/wp-tools-gravity-forms-divi-module/tags/ . Before 7.0.2 we have version 6.7.2 . Can you please confirm the version you are using? 7.0.2 is using latest freemius sdk 2.5.4.2 while 6.7.2 was using 2.5.3 I’ve escalated this to the freemius team who’s SDK I am using! I’d like to get to the bottom of this issue so other user don’t suffer. Thank you so much for taking the time out to report. Much appreciated and gratitude. I am looking to replicate the issue. Would be tremendous if we you could help me to do Kind Regards Jayant
