Fatal error in bootstrap

Hi Helmut. Running into a small issue. When using CLI, I am getting a fatal error triggered coming from the bootstrap code. PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: array merge(): Argument #1 must be of type array I think the array_merge() function is failing because it’s receiving null values from the update_plugins transient. I have not modified the bootstrap code at all; this error was found by my hosting provider (Cloudways) when they were troubleshooting an integration issue (Cloudflare Enterprise). Hoping you can take a look at this and let me know if anything can be done. Thank you! Hi! Thank you for your bug report. I have just released an update that provides a new Bootstrap code (basicV2).
