Hello, I updated today the AGP free shipping plugin from version 3.2.0.3 to 3.3.0.1 . Unfortunately, a fatal error came up and the website was not reachable anymore. I deactivated the plugin via FTP and now the website is working without any problem. Our WooCommerce version was at 10.1.0 when we updated AGP. Does this problem already occured and can you help me to solve it? If you need further information, please let me know. Best regards Pascal Can you give us more information? If you enable debug mode, or use the Query Monitor plugin, or check the error log, surely you can tell us exactly what error the plugin is generating. Aquí tienes la traducción al inglés: The truth is that we haven’t had any similar reports. We would also need to know which versions of PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce you are using, so we can check if we can replicate the error. We look forward to receiving this information to see what is happening. Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.
