Not sure when this started happening as I don’t use the plugin often. I replaced my website name with “mywebsite”. Hi @suzieb This seems to be an issue with a custom plugin that you have namely Alg_WC_Custom_Email. Not all 3rd party emails or custom emails are supported by the plugin.
