That is very unusual, was that the full error message? There should have been more info describing the error. Did you install it by downloading from wordpress.org and uploading to your site or did you install from the “add plugin” menu from within WordPress? Also, please try re-downloading the plugin to see if that fixes the problem. Is this still an issue?? If you don’t reply I can’t help you.

Hello, sorry for the late response. That is very unusual, was that the full error message? There should have been more info describing the error. Did you install it by downloading from wordpress.org and uploading to your site or did you install from the “add plugin” menu from within WordPress? Also, please try re-downloading the plugin to see if that fixes the problem.
