I have a serious concern with this plugin when configured a certain way. When the Validation Trigger Point setting is set to Before submit order to payment gateway there are false orders being created with certain gateways. With these gateways, and FraudLabs is turned off (or testing After submit order to payment gateway), there is no order created until the gateway returns a successful payment. With the Before submit order to payment gateway setting, an order is created with a Processing status… this results in orders being fulfilled without there actually being a payment. This is a very costly error. Please review this with urgency – not only have my client’s lost money and faith in this Fraud solution, they’re starting to loose faith in WordPress as a solution. Some payment gateway may act differently. Can you list out the payment gateway name with your transaction IDs? Please send these details to support [at] fraudlabspro [dot] com.
