I installed the free version of this plugin and worked OK, but when I purchased the Pro version it crashed my site. The crash was due to a setting not documented. Once I was pointed in the right direction it worked. Now to figure out what this baby will do. Support was very responsive to my issue. This topic was modified 6 years, 11 months ago by djdubuque . Hi dj, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. There’s definitely nothing specific to the premium version that would just crash your site like that. It’s the same plugin. Perhaps there’s just an incorrect setting that needs to be changed. Our support email is monitored and answered during business hours, so not on the weekend. If you sent your email on the weekend, then it’s likely you should be hearing back shortly from our support team, as they catch up on all the weekend’s emails. Are you getting any error message? Is your site completely inaccessible, or just the admin, or just front end, or just the reviews part of the admin, or just the reviews on the front end? When exactly did the crash happen? I.e. What action did you do that caused the crash (e.g. entering the key, etc.)?
