Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. 2) on page refresh, the active link was enabled 3) on activation site went blank 4) on page refresh plugin settings appear 5) slows backend down 6) email previews are full screen and no CSS is applied Sorry, I didn’t like it and I don’t trust it as a solid plugin
Hi @arsenalemusica , Let me see if I can address some of your concerns. 1,2 : Plugin installation isn’t something that is handled via the plugin. It’s the case of your sites connection with WordPress. 3: On Activation site went blank: The plugin only loads it’s code when you go to woocommerce > preview emails section. It’s an educated guess but your site may be suffering from memory limit exhausted issue 4,5 : Again the functionality of the plugin is only limited to the WooCommerce > Preview Emails section – it does not load all order or make expensive database queries or infinite PHP method calls. Please do check if you have queries modifying how orders are being displayed by default 6. I could not understand this point – the plugin generates the exact email that the is generated when the order emails are sent. If CSS isn’t being applied then the emails are also not having the CSS applied. The design of the preview page is deliberately simple as to not pollute the order design with accidental css an to give the user as accurate a preview as possible. Please do try the plugin on a different website as well. If the issues persist do let me know. If you can provide more details it would be really helpful in improving the plugin.
