Hi, I was very happy with your plugin. It looks nice and does the job. But I have an issue now. Lately, I added SSL certificate. And now, when I try to share a post on Facebook I do not have any pieces of information (no post title, no description, no image). If you check the source code, all open graph information is visible (added by Jetpack, but I also try Yoast SEO and Complete Open Graph). I require another scraping using the Facebook debugger tool but still have an issue. What else can I try? You need to try to share on a single post page to see the issue. Example: https://mwin.pl/asset-review-foliage-2d-v-1-1/ Thanks in advance. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello @xingupl , We sincerely apologize for the delayed response! We had a few days off, hence the late reply. Do you still have Kiwi installed and activated? If not, could you please activated it so I can investigate this a bit? Thank you, Mihaela Hi, I made a little investigation with my server provider. Scraping failed because there was a connection timeout. Unfortunately, this timeout was caused by your plugin. My page was loading 22 seconds. When I changed Kiwi to Sassy Social Share loading time was reduced to 6 seconds. I’m not sure why loading time was so long. Thank you for replying and explaining, Mark! We appreciate it. We are not sure why the loading time was so long neither. This has never happened before – you are the first person reporting this. However, we will do our best to investigate this behavior and address it in our next update. Thank you, Mihaela I have just had to disable the plugin too as the page loading times were greater than 10 seconds!
