Extra Product Addons – Personalisation Field Issue

I’m having issues with the personalisation fields I have added for my products on my Woocommerce site. I have used ‘Extra Product Addons’ to create my personalisation fields. When customers add their personalisation and add an apostrope i.e. ‘The Smith’s’, when they add it to their basket, it is pulling through a \ so it reads ‘The Smith\’s. This also pulls through on the order notification that I get. Please could someone advise how I can fix this bug? It also converts all the personalisation to uppercase even if you have input as sentence case or lowercase. How can I fix this? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
