External JS file loading every page load

Hi, I’ve been working on getting better load times for a client’s website recently and I’ve now got to a stage where the external javascript file loaded with this plugin is now causing a slight delay. Looking at the file itself, it seems to contain very little code, does it really need to load from https://secure.gard4mass.com/ ? If the file doesn’t change, would it do any harm to host it locally?
